Your afternoon meal.
They say whatever is taken into the body system must be so good as it affects the body. If that is so then we must be careful with things that get into the tummy like food. The food we eat must be so good to be eaten inasmuch as it has huge effect on us. This afternoon, l bring to my readers a local Ghanaian meal served and taken by most Ghanaians. Most especially workers who are found at many offices and do not step out due to their work schedules. This is rice served with tomato sauce and chicken.
It comes with friend plantain. Most Ghainains like fried plantain during the day. It is so good since you still will feel good at work when taken. Imagine one hot afternoon at work when you gently get served with this local Ghanain meal l share today. It might be the last meal to enjoy before the day ends. It is well balanced and feels really delicious to have for your afternoon. Let us eat well and live well.
Ghanaian food tastes simply good. It must be a great afternoon.
