PULOT HIJAU ( GREEN STICKY RICE )

Pulot Ijo, that's how some aceh people call it, this delicious and tasty meal I met in Pandrah, Bireuen, Aceh. Pulot Ijo, is a dish made with sticky rice wrapped in banana leaf and then burned, green color from Pulot is natural dye that is pandan leaves which milked then water mixed with sticky rice before burned.
