To that end, we want to share some of our projects with you!
We have been hard at work behind the scenes in service to the @gardenofeden's community mission for almost a decade! We have hundreds of thousands of photos, thousands of videos, articles, graphics, and designs, and multiple websites that illuminate sustainable, honorable, responsible options that support a better world for all creatures and our living planet, and we look forward to continuing to share them here on the blockchain.
We have been visual artists for years with combined decades of experience, and Steemit productions are one of our latest masteries! We offer our consulting services to help one and all improve their own success on this platform - stay tuned for an upcoming post with more info.
Now, to get to today's post - we're sharing a taste of our sustainable feasts!
It's another glorious day in the Garden of Eden, thus it's time for another glorious feast!
There's more than enough of everything, so it is a pleasure to share the abundance! We have lots of free, high vibe, super sustainable food every single day, and it is a great honor to feed people real, delicious, nutritious food.
We had a hearty vegetarian meal to highlight our beloved veggies.
We're feasting on a few of our favorite dishes today! We prepared a big bowl of mashed potatoes with garden fresh chives. Did you know potatoes have high amounts of vitamin C? What a yummy dose to boost the immune system!
We're having lots of mushrooms lately, and they make a hearty, "meaty" addition to the meal to satisfy our carnivores and vegetarians alike. They are low in calories and fat, but have lots of nutrients like vitamin D, selenium, potassium, and some of the B vitamins.
Cabbage is a favorite veggie around here! We eat it raw in salads and slaws and love to make ferments like kimchi. Today, we made an easy sautée with onions in coconut oil.
To complete our veggie feast, we had a nice squash dish with zucchini and yellow summer squash with fresh herbs. Zucchinis contain a lot of vitamin C as well!
These yummy veggies were made even more delicious because we cooked them over open flames in our outdoor kitchen on rocket stoves we built by hand from dirt. Not to mention we burned fence panels that were otherwise destined for the landfill as fuel, so we get to enjoy that tasty karma too!

Food is important, and we hope to inspire people to really take time to eat, enjoy it, and share it with someone you love! We also hope to inspire more and more sustainable practices in regards to food.

What is the name of your first dish..Only mashed potatoes and chives? It looks so fresh and healthy. I so much wanna follow your life pattern but lets see when i get my chains shackled.. :)
