Daddy E had a day off today and Baby E was at school so we decided to go and try a new restaurant at Chatswood, Sydney. The main store is at Burwood, Sydney which is pretty far for us but many friends who has visited the Burwood store said the food was really good and servings were pretty decent size.

今天爸爸 E 放假而剛好 BB E 要上學所以我跟爸爸 E 去悉尼車士活試一家新餐館。這家餐館是叫鍋先生而總店是在 '寶活' 所以離我們家非常遠但很多朋友在總店吃過飯覺得很好吃

We tried to go this restaurant two weeks ago but the line was just too long so we tried again today. We waited for 30 minutes and finally got a table. When we were seated, I was surprised they gave us some wet towels as many restaurants in Sydney doesn’t give any of these out.

我們其實兩個星期前想到這裡吃飯但人龍實在太長了。今天我們需要等 30 分鐘才有位置給我們。我們坐下來之後我發現他們給了我們一點濕紙巾．這個非常好因為在悉尼很多餐館都沒有這個供應的

Lets check out parts of the menu. They are famous for their stone pots so we definitely going to try at least one dish from that category.

我們看看部份的餐牌．他們最出名的就是石頭鍋所以我們一定要叫一個來試試

So we ordered the ox tail hot pot, big trotter, mushroom chicken soup, chicken & pineapple fried rice and then added a pig stomach pot in the end.

我們叫了一個牛尾石頭鍋，豬手，燉雞湯，菠蘿雞炒飯和最後加了一個豬肚石頭鍋．

I haven’t had ox tail for so long! When it came out, it was still sizzling in the hotpot for a few minutes

我很久沒有吃牛尾所以非常期待.

The chicken and mushroom soup tasted like homemade - no msg

這個燉雞湯有點像在家裡自己做的味道，我好像沒有味精．

The pig trotter was nice but in my opinion the serving was a bit small

炆豬手其實很好味但覺得份量比較少

The pork stomach was really delicious! It was actually my favourite dish from this meal. The fried rice was acceptable.

這個豬肚石頭鍋實在非常好吃．這道菜我覺得是最好味的．炒飯覺得合格

We couldn’t finish the pork stomach so we took most of it home. I will definitely come back to this restaurant as the food was very yummy and the price was really good for what you get.
