Buying fresh fish
I have the privilege of living near the beach, that gives me different options to choose a variety of fresh fish.
You always find different types of fish. Some days there will be one thing, other days another. And, in addition, always cheaper than in the market, the variety of today was Catalan, Kunaro, tuna, cabin, even the man was so kind and posed kindly for the photo.
If possible try to eat as healthy as possible, choose the most appropriate option for health. Fresh foods, I am not very friendly with processed foods, if I eat them but not much, the first step to take a healthy diet is to try to make food at home, in this way we will know the substances it contains . With prepared products we can be eating harmful substances that we do not know, even worse if we usually eat in restaurants that we do not have any information about.
When it comes to buying fish we must make sure that they are very fresh, I learned that the skin must be of a bright color, and the scales must be hard, apart from their eyes they must be left out, their guts must be of a color bright red or pink, this way I can make sure to buy the fresh fish, for the menu of the day.
To complete the perfect combination of fish, it is avocado, it cannot be missed, it is the most accurate and delicious combination that there can be.
