Steem Cake - My daughter helped me make the cake.
Today was Fathers day here in Australia and how else to celebrate it but to make a Steem Cake with the help of my daughter. We got encouraged to do it by my wife's @family.life recent contest were you can win 50%, 30% and 10% of the payout... but that was just a shameless plug but I won't be participating in it.
Adding the blue colour to the sponge cake and mixing it up.

Ninja wife caught me off guard while licking the spatula(s) ...
Making a filling with mascarpone, thickened cream, icing sugar and spreading it on the base.

We had some sponge cake left overs and we crushed it in to tiny pieces and put it around the cake... things got messy.

And voila
Not only that the cake looks like it was baked by smurfs, it was pretty tasty too :)
