Grilled Bimis🎋
Bimi or wild broccoli on the charcoal grill. A simple easy side dish, but tastes really good and it’s healthy. Win win.
I put them on the grill just raw. Add a little thym in my charcoal to get some herbal smoke inside.
When they get a bit coloured i take them of the grill and add some lemon saltflakes, good arbequina olive oil and a little oregano.
That’s all, very easy. Pure grilled vegetables can be awesome!!😋
