Sweet Potato Fries:
Calories: 160 cal
Carbs: 21g
Fat: 8g

French Fries:
Calories: 140 cal
Prot: 2g
Carbs: 22g
Fat: 5g

French Fries are not inherently bad for you and I was ate them frequently. Also, sweet potato fries are not inherently good either. And just because they are sweet potato does not mean their calories do not count.
