How much you know Strawberries?

Strawberries benefits:

  1. Excellent source of vitamin C
  2. Excellent source of manganese
  3. Good source of potassium and folate
  4. Low carbs
    5.Rich in antioxidants

I have scoured all four corners of the earth in search of low calorie, nutritious foods that fill you up fast. I have also found a lot, great ones, too, but few compare to Strawberries.

These plump, delicious, juicy balls of delight are only 151 calories for an entire pound. Which, when you are in calories deficit, is heaven because you can have a massive serving and do not worry about over your daily allotment.

In personal preference, i always like to use some cinnamon on top and dip them in Greek Yogurt or roll them in chocolate or vanilla protein powder to get more protein in very few calories.

The good thing is, there's no wrong way to eat a Strawberries so go grab a bunch, get creative, have fun and enjoy it.
