New York City Style Lox and Bagels....and a Schmear! ~ FOOD PHOTOS & VIDEO
When we visit New York City or Brooklyn area, we have to stop at a NYC deli and get a bagel lox and a schmear! No cheating on these bagels and lox. Pile it on high with cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onions and capers. This is a definite treat. Very easy, rich and satisfying. VIDEO RECIPE below. Enjoy.

It really looks delicious @tesscooks4u. I like salmon, but I have never eaten it in the combination with bagel, cream cheese, capers. This is a must try during lent.
