Chinese SPICY Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

This is an easy recipe for a SPICY Chinese shrimp stir fry. I will show you in the video how to make a quick, easy and delicious Chinese shrimp stir fry. The spicy Chinese sauce is the key and you can use the meat and vegetables of your choice.. VIDEO RECIPE below.. Enjoy.

Chinese Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry

Shrimp Marinade:
1 pound clean shrimp
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine vinegar
2 tsp. cornstarch
*Mix together

Sauce:
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. chili oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
*Mix together

1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 cup mushrooms - I used Beech mushrooms
1 1/2 cups bell peppers
6 green onions - white and greens separated
3-4 chopped red chillies
1 tbsp. minced garlic
oil

In a pan or wok on medium high heat add some oil and shrimp. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until done. Remove from pan.

Lightly wipe out pan/wok, add oil, minced garlic and red chillies. Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
Add in bell peppers, mushrooms, white onions and snow peas. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.

Add shrimp back into pan/wok, sauce and green onions. Cook and stir for a minute or until the sauce thickens and everything is coated..

Serve immediately. Enjoy.
