Homemade capelin pasties

this is a favorite dish of my husband

I cut the dough into 9 even pieces

removed the guts and bones out of the fish, chopped the onion

rolled out each ball of dough into an circle, poured onion, put the fish on the onion, saulted and peppered

folded the dough over as a triangle

baked on the prepared baking sheet

until the crust is golden brown about 25 minutes

brushed the hot pasties with the butter

Это любимые пирожки с мойвой моего мужа. Делать их просто и быстро. Я нарезала тесто на равные кусочки, раскатала круглые лепешки, положила нарезанный лук, сверху чищенную мойву, посолила, поперчила и в горячую духовку на 20 мин. Горячие пирожки смазала сливочным маслом. Приятного аппетита)
