CHICKEN BUTTERFLY RECIPE

Chicken butterfly made by me simple and easy and its yummy and delicious 😋. Spicy chicken filled in crispy potato slices.

Here is the RECIPE..

INGREDIENTS :-

1- 250g boneless chicken cut in cubes.
2- 3 potatoes
3- garlic and ginger paste 1 tablespoons
4- 1 tablespoons red chilli powder
5- half tablespoons black pepper
6- salt as per taste
7- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons soya sauce
8- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons vinegar/ you can also use 1 Lemon
9- 2 tablespoons red chilli souce
10- 3 to 4 tablespoons corn starch
11- 2 to 3 tablespoons gram flour
12- oil for deep fry

PREPARATION:-

Take a Bowl put the cutted pieces of chicken in it then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli souce.

After adding mix all the ingredients. Make sure all ingredients are mixed perfectly.

Now add corn starch and gram flour again mix it well until you get a result like this.

After adding all the ingredients marinate it for 30 minutes, if you want to make it quickly you can keep it for 10 mints at least.

Now cut the potatoes in thin slices like this and wait until the chicken marinates.

Now take some bamboo skewer (if you dont have skewer you can use tooth pick for single piece) now take a slice of potato and filled chicken cube in it now like this make 3 to 4 skewer as per your want.

Now take a deep fry pan and heat the oil for deep fry. Fry until its get light brown in color and fry it in low flame.

HERE is your fried crispy chicken butterfly you can enjoy it with sauce or munise. 😍
