Mushroom Chicharon - Just sharing my favorite recipe
Just sharing my favorite recipe.
Ingredients
- Oyster mushroom (you can have as much as you want)
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp powdered garlic
- Dash of ground pepper
Directions
1.) Pour the cornstarch, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2.) Mix.
3.) NOw, dredge the mushroom in the cornstarch mix.
4.) Pour and heat spring vegetable oil in a frying pan.
5.) Fry the mushroom till golden brown.
6.) Wipe with paper towel to remove excess oil.
You can prepare ceasar salad dip or just vinegar with lots of spices and sili (chili).
