Vitamin Smoothie (Original recipe)

If the organism does not has enough vitamins, then it is necessary to make smoothie. It useful and is very tasty! So happens seldom : )

Will need:
Banana - 1 pcs.
Киви - 3-4 pcs.
Strawberry (frozen) - 100 grams.
Grapefruit juice - on taste.

Cooking:
To clear fruits and large to cut them.

By the blender to shake up fruits. At first kiwi, further banana and strawberry.

To add a few grapefruit juice drops.
