Pies (braids) with curds and cherry
Did you know that braids it is possible there is? And it will be very tasty! No, please, do not try to bite off woman' hair! : ) And that can have dramatic costs for us…
I will teach you how to make it own hands, quickly and tasty.
We will need:
Flour - 1 glass.
Curds - 300 grams.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Oil cream - 30 grams.
Soda - 1 pinch.
Cherry jam - 2-3 table spoons.
Cooking:
We will make dough. For it we will mix up flour, 200 grams of curds, oil, soda and 1 egg. With friable curds dough will turn out as if with small grains.
In other plate we will mix up all for filling. Namely: 100 grams of curds, 1 egg and cherry jam.
If the filling turns out of liquid I advise to add flour spoon.
We unroll dough and we do cut (as shown in photo).
To middle we through the whole length add filling.
“We braid” dough forming pigtail.
We put to bake pie in oven for 20-30 minutes (170-200 degrees on Celsius).
The pie is ready. Bon appetit!
