Healthy and Quick Breakfast - Chia Pudding

Good morning Steemit! I want to share delicious and healthy breakfast with you!
It's chia pudding! And I say it's quick because I soak the seeds the night before, so it takes about ten seconds to make it.



I soak chia seed in almond milk with a couple of drops of natural food colouring in it. I think it is about 1 part chia and 3 parts milk. You can use any liquid really, even water!

Some passion fruit and shredded coconut on top is really good! I also but blueberries, bananas or strawberries in the pudding if I have some.
