Ingredients:

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the ham into small pieces, cut the shallots into chopped green onion.
   将豆腐切成小块，火腿切成小块，葱切葱末。

2. Put the oil in the pan, then add 4 salted egg yolks, stir fry, then pour the ham.
   把油倒进锅里，然后加入4个咸蛋黄，翻炒，然后倒入火腿。

3. Pour in the tofu, stir fry, then add half a bowl of water, add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of sugar after the water is opened, then cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Take a small bowl, a spoonful of starch + 2 tablespoons of water, mix well, pour into the pot, cook until the soup is thick, you can turn off the fire, you can sprinkle a little chopped green onion before eating.
