6 small changes in nutrition that we will get into shape in the blink of an eye
We are all obsessed with the thought of healthy eating and want to eat more useful things, but that is not so simple. Here, not only desire and inspiration but also time and possibilities.
Today I offer you a solution to this eternal problem! You can start with a few small but significant changes to your diet that will ensure a healthier lifestyle with minimal effort.
You will feel the difference right away and feel more healthy and energetic.
Do not fry but cook on grill
It's no secret that frying makes food even greasy and calorie. Avoid it as much as possible and instead make vegetables and meat on grill or steam - they are even more delicious and far more useful.
Eat pure yogurt
Stop eating different yogurts with fruits, lots of sugar and thousands of colorings and preservatives. Bet on ordinary yogurt by adding fresh fruit to it if you want to give it a slightly different flavor.
Replace mayonnaise with avocado
Mayonnaise is a favorite of many people and they garnish a lot of their meals with it, but it contains a huge amount of fat and calories. Instead, eat avocado made with puree - it is tasty and very useful.
Eat salmon instead of red meat
Salmon is full of Omega 3 fatty acids that help the brain work and are beneficial for our whole body. In addition, this fish contains much less saturated fat than red meat and is much more beneficial to our health.
Use more spices
Replace salt in recipes with your favorite aromatic spices and you will hardly feel its lack. Your dishes will taste great, will be delicious and will not pose health risks because salt that affects blood pressure will not be present.
Use olive oil instead of butter
Oil is not always the bad boy and you certainly should not turn it off entirely from his menu. It does not harm in reasonable quantities, but the olive oil has a much lower content of saturated fat and calories and influences much better our body.

most problem is price of products
lets say salmon cost around 20-30 euro in my country per kg and chicken is 3 euro or pork is 5-6 euro, so its more expensive . Same goes to other - olive oil is 8-10 euro , so to eat healthy you need to have money:)
Not everyone has possibilities but what is better to invest if not in your health :D
usually we invest in our families i mean money to raise kids and so on, so for ourself we suffer by eating some junk food haha

Avocado is very good it is easy to get, some countries are hard to find in decent price
I have started the EGG Diet From Today lets see how this works if not I will try your Tips but its so hard to find Pure Yogurt where I stay.
I'm from Bulgaria, yogurt is very easy to find and produce but is not necessary to follow all steps just pick up what suits you.
I love yogurt but the pure yogurt is finished from the market early in the morning so it's hard to find😅
