That was a nice read. I think I might have to copy you on this idea. I enjoy going out but we don't make it out so often to a nice place. I never really thought of going for a 1 Star place and it being that nice.
We also don't manage to get out much, between work and kids! It is nice that when you get a chance, that you treat yourself! From the set menu, the 1stars are quite easy on the pocket!
