Swiss "Cordon- bleu Surprise" with herbal cheese and dried raw ham

Have you ever tried cordon-bleu? This food has a long history in many countries. If you looks at historical search for the original origin of cordon bleu you find no end as there are in many countries similar dishes. The reason for this is the endless combination possibilities. I love this food and have tried it almost everywhere. The basics are simple: 

Pork or veal meat, filled with cheese and ham fried in delicious panade. There are also many combinations in Switzerland.


Here is a version from my favorite locale by a local master in this field, my buddy Ernst. He offers a special cordon-bleu each month.

Ich liebe cordon bleu.....hmm lecker...musst du mal mit handkäs und schwarzwälder Schinken probieren...ein Genuss.

Deshalb liebe ich es so , du kannst einfach alles rein packen und es schmeckt super! Wird ausprobiert!
