[空氣炸爐 鹽酥雞 v1.0] Air-fryer Oven #1 - Popcorn Chicken 1.0

This is my very first time to cook with an Air-fryer or any sort! I got this during the Thanksgiving weekend and it is finally here! I am really excited to cook with this fryer! I have decided to start cooking something simple with this air-fryer: Popcorn Chicken.

INGREDIENT

• Chicken Thigh
• White Pepper Powder
• Garlic Salt Powder
• Soy Sauce
• Sesame Oil
• Oyster Sauce
• Sweat Potato Powder
• Egg
• Red Pepper Crash

COUPLE THINGS I HAVE LEARNED

• Set the Air-fryer Oven to 400 degrees.
• Let it air dried a little bit after removing from the oven.
• Use one more egg so that the sweat potato powder sticks.
• Use some darker sauce to marinate, i.e. Oyster Sauce.
• Marinate the meat for more than 1 day.
• Maybe use some oil spray or even use some type of non-stick oven paper to avoid sticking.

• 雞大腿
• 白胡椒粉
• 蒜鹽粉
• 醬油
• 芝麻油
• 牡蠣醬
• 甜土豆粉
• 雞蛋
• 紅辣椒

今次學到的

• 將空氣烤箱設置為400度。
• 從烤箱中取出後, 讓雞風乾一點。
• 使用一個雞蛋, 使土豆粉更粘連。
• 使用一些較深的醬汁醃制, 即牡蠣醬。
• 一定要將肉醃制超過1天。
• 可能使用一些油噴霧, 甚至使用某種類型的不粘烤箱紙, 以避免粘連。
