[空氣炸爐 鹽酥雞 v1.0] Air-fryer Oven #1 - Popcorn Chicken 1.0
This is my very first time to cook with an Air-fryer or any sort! I got this during the Thanksgiving weekend and it is finally here! I am really excited to cook with this fryer! I have decided to start cooking something simple with this air-fryer: Popcorn Chicken.
INGREDIENT
- Chicken Thigh
- White Pepper Powder
- Garlic Salt Powder
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Oyster Sauce
- Sweat Potato Powder
- Egg
- Red Pepper Crash
COUPLE THINGS I HAVE LEARNED
- Set the Air-fryer Oven to 400 degrees.
- Let it air dried a little bit after removing from the oven.
- Use one more egg so that the sweat potato powder sticks.
- Use some darker sauce to marinate, i.e. Oyster Sauce.
- Marinate the meat for more than 1 day.
- Maybe use some oil spray or even use some type of non-stick oven paper to avoid sticking.
這是我第一次用空氣炸爐做菜!我在感恩節週末買到了這個空氣炸爐,它終於來了!我決定第一次煮一些簡單的菜:鹽酥雞。
成份
- 雞大腿
- 白胡椒粉
- 蒜鹽粉
- 醬油
- 芝麻油
- 牡蠣醬
- 甜土豆粉
- 雞蛋
- 紅辣椒
今次學到的
- 將空氣烤箱設置為400度。
- 從烤箱中取出後, 讓雞風乾一點。
- 使用一個雞蛋, 使土豆粉更粘連。
- 使用一些較深的醬汁醃制, 即牡蠣醬。
- 一定要將肉醃制超過1天。
- 可能使用一些油噴霧, 甚至使用某種類型的不粘烤箱紙, 以避免粘連。

It does look healthy than the normal wok fried. And less oily too. Correct? But I have never use this before. Still using the normal traditional way.
