I Make Meringues - Easy and Cheap - Kids Love It ☑

Clean the bowl and kitchen utensils
Separate the egg white and egg yolk, you can use the egg yolk for another dish. you have to make sure that no yolk is in the egg white.
Pre-heat the oven to 90 degrees celsius. Do the egg white along with a pinch of salt in a bowl and start mixing short
Add the sugar in three stages while mixing 8 minutes in total.
The foam is firm and ready.
Fill the pastry bag with meringue foam. Spray the foam on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
You can make shapes as you like. They should dry now in the oven for 2-3 hours. This depends on the size of the meringues.
The meringues should not discolor, they should stay white. In case they discoler; reduce the temperature of the oven. You can add a pigment for a nice effect
After baking/drying in the oven, let the meringues cool down further

- 140 grams sugar (the finest sugar you have)
