Seasoned chicken stir fry - my own recipe ☑
This recipe I make often. Sometimes I also use other herbs. I cook with Indase and western herbs (fusion). I use garlic, ginger, sambal (chili), cumin, cream and bacon in this chicken dish. The other main ingredients are carrot, onion, chicory, leeks, bay leaf and flavor with salt and pepper.
At the bottom you find the complete recipe. I start with step by step instructions with pictures.
Wash the vegetables. Slice and dice the onion, leek, carrot, garlic, ginger. The chicory to the last cut and add, because they discolor quickly. Cut the chicken breast into cubes
Bake the chicken briefly and remove from the wok (or pan)
Put oil in a wok and fry the bacon. Add the garlic, ginger, bay leaf, cumin and chilli and fry some more.
Add the onions and fry briefly.
Add leek and carrot.
Add the cream and the chicken. (you can ad big tablespoon sour cream for sour tone)
That looks delicious! Now cut and add the chicory. (chicory ads a bitter taste)
gently boil 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. (if it looks dry, add a little white wine or water)
Serve with rice, pasta, potatoes, bread. What you think tastes good !!
Serve with water and a delicious Jupiler beer :-)

- 450 grams chicken breast
- 150 grams bacon
- 200 grams carrot
- 150 grams leek
- 250 grams chicory
- 200 grams union
- 2 ts chilli
- 1 TS ginger
- 1 TS garlic
- 1 ts cumin
- 3 bay leaf
- salt, pepper, oil
- quart of whipping cream
