Murukul - popular South Indian snack
Hello steemians,its festive season going on in India.We have made a lot of dishes for the celebration.I have prepared Murukul ,popular south- Indian snack.It is made with rice flour ,adding spices to it.
Recipe:
● Soak rice for 2 hours,dry it in shade.
Add chana daal and grind the mixture into fine powder.
●Add some sesame seeds(white),carom seeds,salt and some red chilli powder.
●Mix it well with warm water.Now the dough is ready.
●Fill the dough in Murukul maker and press it in circular motion on a plastic paper.
●Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry them until it becomes golden brown.
●Now tasty and crispy Murukul is ready.Serve it with tea.
