Food Waste Dinner #5 Pollock Fillets, Curry Sauce, Potato and Fresh Sallad
On last two Friday pickups we rescued lots of frozen foods including fish, and so one of this week's food waste dinner was made of: pollock fish, lettuce, potato, curry sauce, two eggs, breadcrumbs and sweet chili. Yes, another dinner made of 100% food waste.
