You havent time to cook every morning but you need a good breakfast?This recipe is for you!Such a simple outmeal I found month ago,I've tried it and was very glad with the result.It's too delicious,too simple and veery useful!

For the first jar you need:

●Oatmeal - 50 g
●Yoghurt - 50 g
●Bananas - 1 pc .
●Jam ( fruit jam ) - 1 tbsp. l .
●Nuts - to taste

Take a jar , put :

Layer 1 : oatmeal
2 layer : natural yoghurt
3 layer of bananas
4 layer : jam or peanut butter
5 layer : walnuts ( grind ) , berries .

Put in the refrigerator overnight , in the morning you can eat .
on 100gramm - 101,26kkal

Oatmeal in the jar with a tangerine and an orange.
For the second jar you need:

● 1/4 cup of oatmeal
● 1/3 cup milk
● 1/4 cup plain yogurt
● 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
● 1 teaspoon of honey
● 1/4 cup chopped drained mandarin oranges.

Take a jar , put :

The bank add oatmeal, milk, yogurt, orange marmalade and honey. Close the lid and shaken well until all ingredients are blended. Open, add the pieces of drained sliced ​​tangerines and gently stir. Close the lid and put the jar in the refrigerator overnight (store up to 3 days). Eat porridge cooled.

For the third jar you need:

It will be the last and my favorite recipe.

For the fifth jar you need:

● 1/4 cup of oatmeal
● 1/3 cup milk
● 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Next do all the steps from the previous jars.

Thanks for the morning yummy-ness. I substitute chia seeds in milk or juice instead of the oatmeal. It thickens overnight and is a delicious morning treat.

Excellent. But the front one in the main picture has what looks like coffee beans, but I could find the recipe for that. Sorry, but I'm a lovable java junkie :)

It looks like just for presentation,in my opinion:)
