Ingredients :
Ingredients are mashed
- 200 grams of beef
- 300 grams of rice flour

- 4 spring onions
- 3 cloves garlic

- 2 dry star fruit
- 1/2 tablespoon fennel powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
Material being cut
- 2 lime leaves
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 cm galangal
- 1 piece of lemongrass (Cut into pieces)
- 1/2 leaves turmeric
- red chili pepper, to taste
material smeared
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- edible oil to taste
how to make ;
How to Make Sauce
- Set skillet
- Mix the rice flour with spices (Set aside a little spice to meat), input material being cut, add salt, water input.
- cook until cooked
How To Make Satay
- meat rinse thoroughly, then cut according to taste
- heat the oil
- insert subtle flavor
- pour over meat
- cook until cooked
- then stabbed on sticks
- Basting with oil
- then roasted on charcoal.
