Today I want to share a recipe with you,

satay  seasoning padang

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to make

Ingredients :

Ingredients are mashed

  • 200 grams of beef
  • 300 grams of rice flour
  • ½  liter of water
  • 4 spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 2 dry star fruit
  • 1/2 tablespoon fennel powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder

Material being cut

  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 cm galangal
  • 1 piece of lemongrass  (Cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 leaves turmeric
  • red chili pepper, to taste

material smeared

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • edible oil to taste

how to make ;

How to Make Sauce

  • Set skillet
  • Mix the rice flour with spices (Set aside a little spice to meat), input material being cut, add salt, water input.
  • cook until cooked

How To Make Satay

  • meat rinse thoroughly, then cut according to taste
  • heat the oil
  • insert subtle flavor
  • pour over meat
  • cook until cooked
  • then stabbed on sticks
  • Basting with oil
  • then roasted on charcoal.
  • Finished
