Today I want to share recipe with you : How to cook sauteed cabbage, long beans and shrimp with coconut milk that delicious (cara memasak tumis kol, kacang panjang dan udang dengan santan yang lezat)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious / Makanan ini terlihat sederhana tetapi rasanya sangat lezat

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook / Anda mau mencobanya, berikut adalah bahannya dan cara memasaknya

Ingredients
the main ingredient :

50 grams of long beans
50 grams of cabbage
100 grams of shrimp
1 cup coconut milk
20 gram cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon salt
Flavoring to taste


Ingredients are sliced :

3 cloves Shallot
2 cloves garlic
3 red chilli
1 tomato
2 bay leaves


Indonesia languages
Bahan
bahan utama :

50 gram kacang panjang
50 gram kol
100 gram udang
1 cangkir santan
20 gram minyak goreng
1/2 sendok makan garam
Penyedap rasa secukupnya


Bahan yang diiris :

3 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
3 cabe merah
1 tomat
2 daun salam

How to cultivate it / Cara mengolahnya :

cleaning all ingredient then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly / Bersihkan semua bahan lalu potong sesuai selera dan bilas sampai bersih


Set skillet / siap wajan
heat the oil / Panaskan minyak
stir-fry until fragrant slices of material / Tumis sampai harum irisan bahan
enter shrimp / Masukkan udang
wait minute while stirring / Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
enter long beans and cabbage / masukkan kacang panjang dan kol
wait minute while stirring / Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
enter coconut milk / masukkan santan
Add salt and flavorings to taste / tambahkan garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya
Cook until cooked / Masak sampai matang

Finished / selesai

I love this style of cooking and the flavors you used. I have been experimenting a lot with these flavors for the last few years. Now started making the Mortar and Pestle Salads with Green Papaya and many other fresh vegetables. It is such an amazing and fun technique.
