Chocolate-Banana Brownie-Cheesecake
So simple ingredients, cooking takes less than a hour. Tasty cheesecake is very easy to prepare. Enjoy it with your friends and a cup of coffe/tea or juce :)
Ingredients:
● Chocolate (I took a bitter) -150g
● Eggs - 3 pcs.
● Butter - 80g
● Cocoa - 1 tbsp.
● Sugare - 3 tbsp.
● Cottage cheese - 100g
● Banana - 1 pcs.
● Flour - 3 tbsp.
Cooking:
- We sink chocolate and butter in a water bath, then mixing, leading to a single consistency
- Mix flour and cocoa
- Beat 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons sugar till the mass brightens
- Add the chocolate mass and cocoa flour to the eggs and mix well.
The dough for the bottom layer is ready
- We mixing the banana, cottage cheese, 1 egg and 1 tbsp sugar and crush it till that the our mass does not have lumps.
- In the form, oiled, we put chocolate dough. Then fill the form curd-banana mass.
- Create chaotic drawings using the spoon/fork handle. And put in the oven, preheating to 180 degrees for half an hour.
