Pancakes with egg whites

These pancakes are exactly tastes of your children and guests!

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp. (tablespoon)
  • Lemon zest - 1 tbsp.
  • Сottage cheese, low-fat - 2 cups
  • Oat flakes - 2 cups
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 480 g of egg whites (about 10-15 eggs)

Cooking:

  • In a blender, mix until smooth:
    egg whites
    oat flakes
    cottage cheese
    lemon zest
    vanilla and a pinch of salt
  • Preheat the non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the dough into the frying pan in portions.
  • Fry on both sides.
  • Put ready-made pancakes on a dish, serve with blueberries, nuts, lemon zest and honey.
