STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE # 21: Coffee with orange juice and ice cream "Sun coffee" (entry 1)
Coffee with orange juice and ice cream.
Refreshing, cooling drinks, will serve as an indispensable service in the hot summer days!
Coffee with orange juice has an interesting taste and tones.
Ingredients:
• 2 teaspoon - natural freshly ground coffee,
• 150 ml - water
• 1 orange,
• 1 small lemon
• icecream,
• sugar to taste
• orange peel
Recipe.
In 150 ml of water boil coffee in any way. If cooked in Turka, drain and cool.
With orange squeeze 1 tablespoon juice and with lemon - 1 teaspoon.
In a tall glass to pour coffee basis, there add lemon juice and orange and mix thoroughly.
On the surface of the drink put a cap of ice cream and sprinkle with orange peel.
