Apple-banana pancakes with blackberries.
Ingredients:
- 75 g flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 200 grams of milk
- 1 large apple
- 125 g blackberries
- 25g sugar powder
- 15 g butter
1. Sift flour and cinnamon. Make a recess in the middle. Break it in egg, milk and all that was formed homogeneous mix batter.
2.Clean the apple and half a banana, grate on greater and add to dough.
3. In a small saucepan heat the 3 tablespoons of water and blackberries. Bring to a boil and add the quiet powdered sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Melted butter to grease the pan. Put 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan and shake to evenly lay batter. Fry on both sides. Others in the same way.
5. Serve warm, sprinkle with powdered and blackberry sauce. You can apply ice to the pancakes.
