Steemit Culinary Challenge - # 19 - Chocolate crepes with cheese and banana filling.

I had chocolate crepes with cheese and banana.

 INGREDIENTS:

 For the crepes: 

• Milk - 1 liter
• Eggs - 4 pcs.
• Flour - 500g
• Oil - 2 tablespoons
• Sugar - 1.5 tablespoons
• Salt - 0.5 tsp
• Сacao - 3 tablespoons

 For the filling: 

• Сheese
• Banana
• Sugar
• Raisins
• Sour cream

1. Whip the eggs and flour in a large bowl.

2. Half of milk to warm , salt, and mix thoroughly with whipped eggs.

3. Gradually add sugar and cocoa, stirring constantly.

4. Add a little oil and mix.

5. Heat  frying pan over medium, add a little oil to the pan, and pour 1/4 cup of crepe of batter into the pan, quickly tilt the pan and make the batter spread，cook it for 2 minutes, turn it over, go on cooking until both sides golden brown. 

6. Mix cheese, sugar, raisins and sour cream. Cut banana.

7. Roll the crepes stuffing the tubes.
