Salad with beets and walnuts
Hi, Steemians! I want to share with you an extremely easy to prepare, unlike baked duck salad recipe which does not need to do all evening. A few minutes of your time and piquant salad is ready.
Ingredients:
- 3 boiled beets
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- handful of walnuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Beets and cucumbers cut into strips. Walnuts chop and fry. Add mayonnaise and crushed garlic, salt and pepper, mix. Bon appetit!
