Meat balls in tomato sause
ingredients:
- veal mince - 500 grams
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 5 cloves
- cream - 250 ml
- tomato sauce - 200 ml
- oil - 50 ml
- flour - 2 tablespoons
- herbs - parsley, dill, basil
- semolina - 2 tablespoons
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
1. Grind the onion and greens in a blender and mix with minced.
2.Add salt, pepper, minced semolina to minced, break the egg and mix
3. Form meat balls with a diameter of 3 cm. Wet hands with cold water to facilitate
4. Pour the oil in a heated pan. Balls roll in flour and put in a pan.
5. Balls fry over medium heat from all sides, to the appearance of brown
6. Fried balls put in pots, cover their tomato sauce and cream, add salt and pepper to taste, and crushed garlic and half a glass of water.
7. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
8. Serve as a side dish suitable potatoes, rice, pasta.
