Herring "Under fur Coat"

Ingredients:

• 2 boiled carrots medium size
• 1 onion
• 4 boiled potatoes
• 3 small herring fillets
• 2-3 boiled beets
• 1 boiled egg
• 2 package of mayonnaise (200 g)

Grate one potato to the bottom of dishes. Then add the diced onion.

Then a layer of mayonnaise

Put chopped herring

Again grated potatoes, then carrots.

Then add the egg

Repeat the entire sequence of layers again and add the grated beets
