Fish Caesar Salad.
Caesar salad with chicken at home is a traditional delicious dish for the festive table.
There are many options for making Caesar salad, but it always remains tasty and original thanks to a peculiar sauce, as well as unchanged ingredients.
This time I was doing fish and I want to note that I like chicken more.
You need:
GREEN SALAD 1 beam
TOMATOES 1 piece
FISH 300 g
WHITE BREAD 6 pieces
CHEESE Parmesan
SAUCE
oil - 2 tablespoons
garlic - 2 cloves
yolk - 1 pc
Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
mustard - 0.5 tsp.
Parmesan according to taste
PREPARATION INSTRUCTION 30 MINUTES PRINTED
Rinse, dry and pick small salad leaves, put it in the refrigerator.
Get the leaves of the lettuce, there also put sliced fillet of smoked fish, tomatoes, cut into thin strips. Season with Caesar sauce. Mix. Top put the resulting crackers and grate the cheese.
SAUCE:
Bean with a whisk with egg yolk and salt in a deep bowl. Add olive oil drop by drop, whisk the contents of the bowl into mayonnaise. After all the olive oil has been beaten, add lemon juice, ground pepper, crushed garlic and grated parmesan to the sauce. Beat a whisk and serve to any salad leaves, chicken and everything else in the world edible.
