My favorite recipe for Chocolate Eclaire

Chocolate Eclaire : is a kind of cake that is like a sponge cake. It is a stick of cake stuffed with custard or covered with chocolate or any kind of cream as desired. The way this recipe works is easy. Eggs are one of the most important ingredients of this dish, and the Chocolate Eclaire fingers are very tasty and are served with tea, juice and coffee all the time.

Ingredients :

1- Two cups of water.
2- One quarter cup butter or oil.
3- Spoon sugar.
4- 7 eggs.
5- A cup of flour.
6- A teaspoon of vanilla.
7- Teaspoon of salt.
8- Liquid chocolate.

How to prepare :

  • We bring a pot and put the water and the amount of oil or butter with sugar and salt to boil well.
  • On a low heat, add flour to the water and stir well.
  • After condensing the dough, place it in a deep bowl until it is mixed with the eggs.
  • Add the amount of vanilla and add the whole amount of eggs, and mix and beat the dough well where it will become yellow color of the amount of eggs, and will be close to the dough slightly cohesive.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and let it heat for 10 minutes.
  • Put the dough in a dessert bag. The dough is cut in the form of small fingers in a tray with butter paper or sprinkled with flour so that the paste does not stick.
  • After slicing the dough, it is baked for 35 minutes until it browns from the bottom and the surface of the finger becomes golden. When the dough is in the oven, the oven should not be opened until it is finished.
  • Filling: The knife is used to open the fingers of the Eclaire and the chocolate is placed from the inside or the chocolate dissolves until it becomes liquid and put it on the face of the fingers.
