京A Taproom 1949是一家在北京很特别的餐厅,一般的餐厅都是以一两样独特的菜式而一夜成名,这家餐厅却很不一样,最有名气的是精酿啤酒。这家店是我接触到的第一家精酿啤酒,也是在北京第一个拥有专业酿酒设备的餐厅。
Beijing A Taproom 1949 was a very special restaurant in Beijing. Most restaurant became famous overnight with one or two unique dishes, but this restaurant was very different. The most famous of this restaurant is the craft beer. This is the first craft beer I've ever been exposed to, and they also have the first professional brew in Beijing.
京A精酿啤酒是由两位来自北美的老北京人创造的,他们有一种对优质啤酒不懈追求的精神,从而研制并酿造出新口味的啤酒。这家餐厅位于三里屯闹中取静的1949大院,这个院子之前没有来过,是老式工厂改造的,进门是一家画廊,里面却是别有洞天,是个曲曲折折的庭院,分布了好几家餐厅。京A餐厅光线幽暗,是很有气氛和情调的餐厅和酒吧。
