The lazy strudel
500 gr of cherry
2 teaspoons corn or potato starch
to taste Sugar or Sahsam
1 egg
1 tbsp yogurt or sour cream
2 lavash
Nuts if desired
Cherries took frozen, pitted, add starch and sugar, you can butter a little, fry in a frying pan for about 7 minutes
Yogurt mix with egg, grease pita bread, lay cherry, sprinkle with nuts, wrap.
Lubricate the second lavash, put the first and turn it back on again.
Top with grease also with yoghurt and egg and in the oven for 30 minutes.
