Ok that looks delicious. But on a completely different note - when I saw your username I was almost expecting posts about crypo/stock trading or poker/gambling.
Knit is a term in all the above, meaning too risk adverse, play it safe, etc etc.

About the username. I had no idea that knit had such a different meaning. :) But anyway, I am learning about crypto etc. at the moment so it kind of make it work I guess.
