How to make:

  1. Pour 500 milliliters of water into a pan to boil.

  2. Enter the chicken intestine, bay leaves, orange leaves, and ginger, boil until the chicken intestine is cooked and tender, drain.

  3. Heat vegetable oil to saute.

  4. Saute the spices that have been mashed until fragrant.

  5. Add lemongrass and bay leaves, stir-fry until fragrant.

  7. Pour the remaining water, cook while stirring until boiling.

  8. Add salt, sugar, and powdered white pepper, cook while stirring until absorbed, turn off the heat of the stove.

  9. Semat with sticks.

  10. Reheat vegetable oil to fry.

  11. Fry the chicken intestine that was already pinned on the stick, back and forth, lift, drain.

  12. Move to a serving container, a special yellow seasoning gut satay is ready to serve.

The recipe for yellow spice satay is equivalent to 12 large sticks.
