ROSEMARY ROASTED SWEET POTATOES

Ingredients:

• Sweet potatoes
• High quality oil
• Rosemary
• Pink Himalayan salt

Method:

1. Peel and chop sweet potatoes into bite sized pieces.
2. Roast over the open flames of the rocket stoves in a bit of high quality oil.
3. Toss with salt and rosemary.
4. Serve on a beautiful plate to make the colors pop.
