MMMMMMMMM slices of velvety, tender raw meat with salt and pepper!!
Filet mignon is best IMO, though tender slices of lamb are nice too.
Have found some tasty toppings including horseradish, garlic oil, and mustards, but simple salt & pepper can't be beat!
So easy, SO GOOD!!!
