Back When I Was In Melbourne

I made the foolish decision to mix up my diet last night and tactically 'forgot' that my body doesn't agree with soy. Ohhhh my goshhhhh. Consider this a learning experience.
I had a delicious raw vegan pad Thai last night with a huge side of tempeh aka soy explosion. My tummy is so gurgley and bloated this morning and a coffee isn't even working 🙅🏼☕️💩... yep I went there.
