Stir Fried Pork with Thai Holy Basil or known in Thai as pad kra prao moo (ผัดกระเพราหมู), is an awesome way to enjoy Thai food. Included in the goodness: pork, oyster sauce, fish sauce, crushed Thai birdseye chili peppers and of course, Thai holy basil.

Such a simple and delicious dish, I love spicy food so I always add a bit more chili.
Living in cambodia I was initially expecting more spicy food, but it's actually quite bland in comparison to Thai food... I've always loved Thai food.
