Nothing special for Japan ramen. It really is an art because 1 ingredient can carry the dish or destroy it. When all of them work together it is amazing!
If you are ever coming out to the OC I'll take you out to a pretty good place. I'll bend my rule of never eating ramen again to have a bowl with friends.
