Christmas cookies

Here is an easy recipe to make cookies that you can garnish according to your desire

Ingredients:

75gr butter
75 gr sugar
1 egg
180gr fermenting flour
1 pinch of salt
choice of garnish

Preparation:

• Preheat the oven to 180 °

• To work butter and sugar

• Add the egg and pinch of salt

• Sift the flour on the dough and knead until a smooth ball is obtained

• Let it harden in the fridge for 30 minutes

• Flour the worktop and the rolling pin

• Lower the dough and cut it with a shape

• Place on greaseproof paper on the oven tray

• Bake for 12 minutes

• Let cool and garnish as desired.
