Ice mix is a cool, cool beverage, all kinds of fruit and other ingredients can be mixed according to taste in order to get your favorite drink. To provide an inspiration on what ingredients are needed in a good mix of ice, consider how to make the following ice.
Material :
2 young coconuts, scrape the meat
5 eyes jackfruit, sliced without seeds
300 cc black sticky tape
300 cc sago pearl ready to use
300 cc white vanilla syrup
1 liter of coconut milk
1 tsp salt
2 pieces of pandan leaves
shaved ice / ice cubes
HOW TO MAKE ES CAMPUR:
Cook coconut milk with salt and pandan leaves, stir and cook until boiling. Lift and chill.
Young coconut, jackfruit, ready-made pearl sago and black sticky tape in a serving glass. Pour the coconut milk and add it with vanilla syrup along with ice cubes or shaved ice so it is fresher to cool.
